Room for sport fans and sophisticated design lovers
Next to the Olympic Stadium dating from 1928 and the idyllic Stadion canal in Amsterdam, you’ll find the newly built Olympic Hotel.
The four-star hotel opened in the spring 2019 in-between Amsterdam’s business area and the Olympic area hopes to attract international visitors, locals, young travelers and business people alike.
Playful and sophisticated
The interior design, developed by a Dutch interior designer firm, focuses on the Olympic Stadium’s sporting heritage. The décor mixes playful references to 1920’s sporting paraphernalia balanced against a modern and sophisticated palette of colours and textures.
In close corporation with the owner and the interior designers, we supplied, project managed and installed all of the furniture for the 309 rooms and public spaces such as restaurant, bar, café, lounge, reception, wellness area and meeting facilities. A large part of the furniture is custom-made at HOLMRIS B8 Customized’s workshop in Silkeborg, Denmark.
